How It Works

We develop innovative processes to recycle polyester rich textile. We do so together with our technology provider CuRe Technology. It starts with state-of-the-art textile pre-processing to selectively remove the non-polyester part of the textile, like elastane, cotton or polyamide. Together with partners these materials get recycled as well. The remaining preprocessed polyester textile is fed into plants using the CuRe Technology, making it possible to create new fit-for-use polyester that can be spun into new yarns suitable for any application.

Recover

Collect and sort polyester waste together with partners using advanced identification technologies to ensure optimal material quality for processing.

Preprocess

Using our love for chemistry we remove non-polyester contaminants and create pre-processed feedstock for the chemical recycling

Recycle

The preprocessed material is turned into high-quality recycled material, which in turn can be spun back into yarns for new textile products, creating a truly circular system.
